FACILITY Our manufacturing facility, located in Lemont Furnace, Pennsylvania produces 50,000 tons of premium wood pellets per year. We have a complete line of processing equipment that allows us to use pole wood as well as saw dust, and wood chips. Because we don’t rely on the supply of saw dust as our only wood source, we have the flexibility to secure an ample supply of high quality raw materials. The processed wood is carefully screened before it is run through our dryer. This makes certain that the moisture levels of our finished pellets consistently meet the industry standards for premium wood pellets. From this point our pellet mills take the saw dust and turn them into a clean burning wood pellet. The bags are automatically stacked on pallets and wrapped with a UV protectant layer. This ensures that our pellets arrive at the customer’s location in a neat and orderly fashion.
